Certainly not! Upon completion of our registration packet, we’ll have all necessary information to set you up and get you loaded.
We will collaborate with your insurance agent to obtain insurance certificates with accurate certificate holder information. The only exception is if you explicitly instruct your insurance agent to process certificate requests solely requested by you (the insured).

There are no obligations when using waydispatch services, neither short-term nor long-term commitments. However, by booking a load through our services, you commit to safely delivering the freight without loss or damage and paying our dispatch service fee as part of your factor settlements.

Certainly! We can dispatch Power-Only and Tow-Away loads to get you started.

You are not obligated to accept every offered load. While we strive to find loads that meet your criteria, you have the freedom to decline any loads you do not wish to take. We encourage you to clearly define your requirements and communicate with our dispatch agents to save time and avoid complications for everyone involved.

No, you are not obligated to utilize all your available equipment, but we highly recommend informing your dispatcher about every operable piece of equipment you have. Occasionally, exclusive deals arise that aren’t listed on load boards and necessitate a specific piece of equipment you may possess. By informing us, you increase the likelihood of securing lucrative opportunities tailored to your fleet.

Fuel advances can be requested, but since each broker may have different terms and costs for this service, we require explicit instruction from the decision maker to request fuel advances.

While many truck dispatchers charge for invoicing, some even charging as much as 2% of the total load pay per invoice, we find this practice unreasonable. You will never incur charges for invoicing with us. We will create a professional and highly functional invoice for you each time you book a load with us.

We get paid when you get paid.

While many other truck dispatch companies charge a monthly fee regardless of whether you book loads with them or not, we do not. There are no monthly fees or minimums. We only profit when you profit. It’s as simple as that.

Typically, most factors will pay you within 24 hours of receiving all necessary documents for payment. This underscores the importance of promptly providing us with the signed BOL. Usually, by the time most owner operators submit the signed BOL, we already have the invoice, SOA, NOA, and any other required documents prepared and ready for submission.

Our service fee is structured with a focus on hard work. Our dispatch agents are highly motivated to secure the best rates for you because their commission is based on performance. They continuously strive to negotiate higher rates on your behalf, aiming to reach the next commission level.

Each of our dispatchers manages a specific number of trucks, determined by their experience and skill level. To maintain high quality, we never overwhelm our dispatch agents with too many accounts to handle.

Certainly! We seek dedicated and diligent owner-operators eager to cover miles at competitive rates. We’re not interested in excuses or obstinate carriers unaware of the dynamic nature of the freight market and rate fluctuations. Admittedly, as a new carrier, securing top-tier loads may be challenging since many brokers and shippers hesitate to engage carriers with MC Authority less than six months to a year. However, once you surpass the one-year mark, nearly every broker becomes accessible.

We collaborate with brokers, utilize load boards, and engage directly with shippers.

Our agents will maintain communication with you and/or your drivers to acquire their current location and estimated time of arrival (ETA) to delivery. Upon obtaining this information, we will initiate the process of securing a reload for you. Once a suitable load is identified, our agents will gather details and negotiate rates. Rest assured, we will always seek your approval before finalizing any load offer. If you agree to the load, we will proceed with the setup process, including completing necessary paperwork, obtaining insurance certificates, and submitting required documents to the broker. Upon completion, we will sign the rate confirmation, dispatch you or your driver, and provide you with the original rate confirmation for your records.

We utilize various load boards, including Truckstop and DAT live load board. Additionally, we receive direct emails of shipments that do not appear on any load boards, as well as loads brokered directly via phone calls.

As we are not brokers ourselves, we do not engage in double brokering loads by definition. Many brokers prohibit double brokered loads and may refuse to pay the invoice if they discover a load has been double brokered. We operate strictly as a trucking dispatch agency, representing our carriers and owner-operators. We believe this approach to be the best, most honest, and transparent way to conduct business

In essence, a factoring company is an organization that advances payment on your invoices from brokers for a fee. This allows you to receive immediate payment and maintain cash flow.

In general, most brokers and shippers commit to payment within 30 days of receiving a signed BOL/POD and invoice. However, payment timelines may vary, with some paying sooner and others taking longer.

We are committed to advocating for the detention pay you deserve. However, obtaining detention pay isn’t always feasible and may delay the payment process, as brokers sometimes exploit delays in requesting and approving detention pay.

You do not need to generate any invoices for loads dispatched through waydispatch.

No, we will invoice the broker promptly upon receiving a signed BOL/POD.

Absolutely! You can email your signed BOLs, fax them to us, or submit them online using our user-friendly submission form.

We collaborate with your factor to ensure you get paid. We manage all necessary paperwork, including invoicing, billing, NOA, and SOA documents, relieving you of any concerns. Subsequently, we instruct your factor to deposit the money into your account.

Send us a clean copy of the signed BOL/POD, and we’ll take care of the rest. The sooner you send us the BOL, the quicker we can process and submit everything for payment.

We apply a flat 4% fee based on the final bill sent to your factor. Another perspective is a fixed rate of $40 per $1,000 of final load pay. There are no additional fees.

We will always furnish you with everything necessary to get started promptly. We can deliver the information via phone, email, fax, text message, and push notification through our Android/iOS phone app.
